We had a very large party dine here and the staff handled it amazingly. They constantly asked us if we needed anything, refilled drinks and salsa often, and were overall very nice. They wanted to make sure everyone got what they ordered and that everyone was satisfied. Food was delicious!

I was traveling from out of town and stopped by this Pepe’s. While I was waiting in line to be seated a lady jumped in front of me and asked for some hot sauce. Alyssa handled the situation very professionally and I was very impressed. She has outstanding customer service skills. I was also impressed by Tyler, he brought my food out and made sure that I was satisfied with what he brought to the table. His attitude was very positive and welcoming. I will definitely return to this location just because of the customer service and the food was delicious might I add also. Thank you both for a wonderful experience and keep up the great work. You guys ROCK!!

The service there is outstanding, the cheff, the waitress, the manager. Mitchell was out waitress, we order some tacos and margaritas. It took long to come but because of the environment and the waitress coming to check on you every time, you wouldn't feel it that long. Mitchell was coming often to make sure we were doing ok, and so did the manager. The tacos were tasty, the margaritas did need to reduce the sweetness level, besides that. I loved this place.

Super fast service, fun atmosphere, chips and salsa were good, tamales were great, and the best part was they gave us sooo much chips and salsa to go as well as our drinks to go!

I never ever leave reviews but I feel like she deserves it. We came at 8ish on 9/22 and our waitress’s name was Julia, I believe. She was younger and had dark hair. Can’t even put into words how great her service was. Personable, friendly, just the right amount of attentive. Made great conversation and just overall the sweetest girl. We got drinks, appetizers, and food and she was so quick to get everything to us. Pepe’s, PLEASE recognize this girl for her work. She was amaaazzinng!!!!
